I recently brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got my wipers changed, rear differential fluid changed and air filter changed. While doing the tire rotation they found 2 bad tires. They gave me a super price on a set of all terrain tires, (they look super "Bad @$"). They also did a front brake job. I feel like I am driving a new truck!! I cannot say enough good thing about the folks at Family Auto and Quick Lube.

Traveling through Lake Charles just prior New Year's day 2020, I encountered a significant repair issue with our car and my family was essentially stranded. We were referred to Mike @ Family Auto by another mechanic who did not have the tools to complete the necessary repairs. Issue was diagnosed quickly, parts received and repairs made within a day at a reasonable cost. Mike and his crew performed magnificently to help my family out of a real jam. We were in a vulnerable position and were treated very well in terms of courtesy, professionalism, mechanical competence and price. Highly recommend!
